8.00am - 10.30am
Sailing School Session #1 (Beginners & Intermediates)
Courses: Discover Sailing, Start Sailing 1, Start Sailing 2 & Better Sailing
Please arrive at 8am for sign on procedures and rigging boats. Please ensure your children are in their sailing gear ready to go on the water at 8.30am sharp when the briefing commences. As the children are sailing in groups, late arrivals will hold up the rest of the group.
10.00am - 10.15am
Sabot fleet race briefing
Children are to be upstairs in the clubhouse ready for the briefing to start at 10am. Please ensure their boats are rigged before the briefing starts.
10am - 12pm
Race Fleet Coaching
Courses: Start Racing, Better Racing.
Start Racing introduces newer sailors to the thrill of racing. Participants will be encouraged to start racing, with their own dedicated fleet after the sabot race start. Start Racing sailors will be helped around the course and instructed on start sequences, boat handling, and course navigation.
Better Racing involves on course coaching for our more skilled sailors. It teaches boat handling, tactics and race techniques.
10.30am - 12.00pm
Adventure Sailing
For kids who are competent sailors, but who don’t want to join the race fleet.
11.00am - 12.30pm
Sabot Racing
The first race will start at 11.00am sharp. Boats will be back ashore at approx. 12.30pm.
PJ Racing
The race will start at 11.05am after the Sabot fleet. Boats will be back ashore at approx. 12pm.

12.00pm - 1.00pm
Lunch
The canteen will be open, serving a variety of lunch options.
1.00pm
Flying 11 & Cherub fleet race briefing
The briefing will start at 1.00pm sharp, on the ‘dance floor’ in the clubhouse.
2.00pm
Flying 11 & Cherub fleet racing
The first race will start at 2.00pm sharp. Boats will be back ashore by approx 4.00pm.
