Contact Us

The best way to find out about the club is to visit us and meet some members.

The club is open on Sundays during terms 4 and 1 from 8.30am until about 4pm.

Our club is run by volunteers, so if your query cannot answered by the frequently asked questions (FAQs) and you’ve had a good look through the website, then send us a message and we will get back to you, hopefully within a couple of days.

How to Book

Let’s get you booked in!

Great, you’d like to book into one of our Learn to Sail courses.

All participant’s doing a course at an accredited Australian Sailing centre, like VA12SC, will need an Australian Sailing (AS) number to book in to one of our courses. If they have been a member, or done a course in the past at VA12SC or another sailing club, then they should have an AS number.

If you know the participant’s number:

If you know the participant’s AS number then click below to be taken straight to the registration page, where you will enter their AS number and register them for their chosen course. Note, you enter the AS number and details of the person doing the course.

If you don’t know the participant’s AS number, or not sure if they have one:

Step 1:

If you cant remember their AS number, (let’s be honest, who can), or not sure if they’ve been allocated one in the past, then click below to find their number.

Then move on to Step 2.

Step 2:

Did you find their AS number?

If you found their AS number you can click below to be taken to the course registration page where you can sign them up for their chosen course.

If there was no record of them having an AS number, you will need to sign them up as a VA12SC Course Participant
