If they don’t have an AS number:

If the participant doesn’t have an AS number then you will need to sign them up as a temporary member at VA12SC. When you do this, they will be issued an AS number, which you will use to book them into the course.

Step 1:

Click below to sign up as a temporary member. Click on New Member > Full Membership > Course Participant.

Enter the participant’s details, sign the waiver, and complete the registration process.

Once you do you will receive a welcome email from VA12SC with their new AS number.

Step 2:

Check the email address you entered during the Temporary Membership registration, and find the welcome email from VA12SC.

They will have been allocated an AS number. Use that AS number to book the chosen course.

Click below, and you will be taken to the registration page for our courses. Click ‘register’ on the chosen course, enter the participant’s AS number, and fill in the participant’s details and sign the waiver. You will then need to complete payment to confirm the registration.
