By sending this payment to Vaucluse Amateur 12 foot Sailing Club (VA12SC), any of its officers, or any of its members, you:
1) Acknowledge having read the Risk Warning, Release of Liability and Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds
Courses will run come rain, hail, or shine. If the weather is not suitable for sailing then onshore activities will be arranged, either in the club house or on Kutti Beach.
As we have to commit to coaches we are not able to offer any refunds for cancellations, partial or otherwise, from 72 hours prior to course commencement.
Active Kids Voucher
VA12SC is a registered provider of the Active Kids Program and you can redeem your $100 voucher to put towards your child’s coaching.
What is Active Kids?
Active Kids is a NSW Government initiative to encourage physical activity of children. The program provides $100 voucher to parents/guardians of school enrolled children which can be used for registration and participation costs for sport and fitness activities.

How do I register?
Visit service.nsw.gov.au and create or login to your MyServiceNSW Account. Complete an Active Kids application through your MyServiceNSW Account. You will receive a voucher with a unique ID number for each child you register (available to download, print and email).

Redeeming your voucher
Email your Voucher and your child's name and date of birth to the Club Secretary and they will enter the number into the VA12SC Service NSW account to redeem the voucher. The club will notify you once this has occurred and confirm the funds have been applied to your child's coaching.
